'Records' Information

PLEASE READ ALL INFO CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY RECORDS!!!!

 

This site accepts records for Tetris Attack (SNES) and Pokémon Puzzle League (N64).  Below are the categories in which records are accepted.

 

Tetris Attack (5 categories)

  • Highest Score / 1-Player Time Trial Mode
  • Highest Score / 2-Player Time Trial Mode
  • Biggest Chain / ANY Time Trial or Endless Mode 
  • Fastest Time to 99,999 / Endless Mode
  • Highest Combined Score / 2-Players in Time Trial Mode - One Single Round

 

Pokémon Puzzle League (9 categories)

  • Highest Score / 1-Player 2D Time Zone

  • Highest Score / 2-Player 2D Time Zone

  • Highest Score / 1-Player 3D Time Zone

  • Biggest 2D Chain / ANY Time Zone or Marathon Mode

  • Biggest 3D Chain / 1P Time Zone or Marathon Mode

  • Fastest Time to 999999 / 2D Marathon Mode

  • Fastest Time to 999999 / 3D Marathon Mode

  • Highest Combined Score / 2-Players in 2D Time Trial Mode - One Single Round

  • Least Continues Used / Super Hard 1P Stadium

 

RULES:  (I know, they suck don't they??  But unfortunately, they're necessary...)

  1. NO EMULATORS
  2. NO PAUSING
  3. NO TURBO CONTROLLERS!

Each of the above record categories will list the top ten records earned.

If two records are identical, then the one that was sent in to me first will be higher on the list.


To submit a record, I will need the following:

  • The Category (please copy directly from the above list)
  • Your Accomplishment
  • Your Name
  • Your E-Mail address

All of the above info will be posted on the site.

Also, please make sure that you submit Tetris Attack records in an email SEPERATE from Pokémon Puzzle League records.  To make everything run smoother, simply put the game title in the subject line, and within the email, just copy the categories from the above list.

This is all that is needed to be recognized as a record on this page.  

If you want a higher level of official recognition, then you will need to video tape your accomplishment.  If I receive video proof of your achievement, not only will you receive status on this records page indicating your record was verified, but your record will also show up at Twin Galaxies.  As well as on their site, your accomplishment will also be published in their new edition of the Book of Records!  If this interests you, head on over to their site using the above link and register as a member.  You need a User ID from them.  This is free of course. 

Once you get a record (and you get video proof), please download the official form, and the corresponding supplementary form for the game you are competing in!.

Now, just follow directions on the form and you're all set!  Make sure you mail them to the address on the bottom right hand corner of the form, so it will go directly to me.  If you mail it to the other one, it may be quite a while before it gets acknowledged.  They consider me to be the specialist referee for these titles, so all verification of videos will be done by me personally.  If you have ANY questions on anything written on this page, please email me at: pablobert@earthlink.net

Note: Your record will not show up right away!!  The page is updated whenever I get the chance (usually a few times a week), so please be patient!!   I also must insist that you use the above e-mail address for all submissions....posting it on the messageboard will not be acceptable.  This is the only way I can do this properly and accurately.
